Informativa sulla privacy — Italiano

Verilabel non ha account, non mostra pubblicità, non vende nulla e non usa identificativi pubblicitari. L'unico dato che lascia il telefono è quello che serve a cercare un prodotto nel registro EPREL.

2. Che cos'è Verilabel

Verilabel consente di cercare prodotti e consultare informazioni energetiche provenienti dal registro pubblico EPREL, insieme ad analisi elaborate da Verilabel a partire da quegli stessi dati. Verilabel non è affiliata, sponsorizzata o approvata dalla Commissione europea.

L'app non richiede account e non chiede nome, email, contatti, posizione, foto, audio, dati sanitari o documenti. La fotocamera è usata solo se scegli di inquadrare il QR di un'etichetta energetica: la scansione è gestita da Google Play Services, l'immagine non lascia il dispositivo e Verilabel riceve soltanto il numero di registrazione letto. Se in futuro saranno introdotti account, pubblicità, acquisti, storico cloud o export, questa informativa verrà aggiornata prima dell'attivazione.

4. Finalità e basi giuridiche

fornire la ricerca e la scheda richiesta: esecuzione del servizio richiesto dall'utente;
sicurezza, prevenzione abusi e cache tecnica: legittimo interesse al funzionamento affidabile del servizio.

5. EPREL e fonti europee

Il backend invia a EPREL soltanto gli elementi necessari alla ricerca del prodotto, ad esempio marca, identificativo modello e gruppo prodotto. La chiave API EPREL resta sul server e non viene trasmessa all'app. EPREL riceve la richiesta dal server Verilabel e non direttamente dal dispositivo dell'utente. 6. Destinatari e trasferimenti

Firebase App Hosting e Google Cloud, regione primaria europe-west4 (Paesi Bassi), con distribuzione dei contenuti statici tramite CDN globale, per backend e log tecnici;
Google Play Services, per la scansione del QR sul dispositivo, secondo l'informativa di Google;
Commissione europea/EPREL, limitatamente ai parametri di ricerca prodotto.

Non ci sono reti pubblicitarie, strumenti di analisi del comportamento, né fornitori di pagamento: nessun dato viene venduto o ceduto a terzi per finalità di marketing. Alcuni fornitori possono trattare dati fuori dallo Spazio economico europeo applicando i meccanismi di trasferimento previsti dalla legge.

7. Conservazione

8. Scelte e diritti

Non esiste un account da chiudere: le ricerche escono dalla cache da sole entro pochi minuti e i dati locali si cancellano dalle impostazioni Android o disinstallando l'app. Per accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione, opposizione o portabilità puoi scrivere a micheleforte1@icloud.com; indica quando e che cosa hai cercato, perché senza un identificativo non è possibile risalire altrimenti alle tue richieste. È inoltre possibile proporre reclamo all'autorità di controllo competente, in Italia il Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

9. Minori

L'app è destinata a un pubblico adulto e non è progettata specificamente per minori. Non raccoglie consapevolmente dati di persone di età inferiore a 18 anni.

10. Sicurezza e modifiche

Le comunicazioni fra app e backend usano esclusivamente HTTPS. La chiave EPREL e le credenziali server non sono incluse nell'app. Questa informativa può essere aggiornata quando cambiano funzioni, fornitori o obblighi; la data in alto identifica la versione corrente.

Verilabel has no accounts, shows no ads, sells nothing, and uses no advertising identifiers. The only data that leaves the phone is what is needed to look a product up in the EPREL registry.

2. About Verilabel

Verilabel lets users search for products and view energy information from the public EPREL registry, together with analysis Verilabel derives from that same data. Verilabel is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the European Commission.

3. Data processed

The app requires no account and requests no name, email address, contacts, location, photos, audio, health data, or documents. The camera is used only if you choose to scan an energy label's QR code: scanning is handled by Google Play Services, the image never leaves the device, and Verilabel receives only the registration number that was read. This notice will be updated before accounts, advertising, purchases, cloud history, or export are enabled.

4. Purposes and legal bases

provide the requested search and product card: performance of the user-requested service;
security, abuse prevention, and technical caching: legitimate interest in reliable service operation.

5. EPREL

The backend sends EPREL only the information needed to locate a product, such as brand, model identifier, and product group. The EPREL API key stays on the server. EPREL receives requests from the Verilabel server rather than directly from the user's device. Learn more at the EPREL portal.

6. Recipients and international transfers

Firebase App Hosting and Google Cloud, primary region europe-west4 (Netherlands), with static content distributed through a global CDN, for the backend and technical logs;
Google Play Services, for on-device QR scanning, under Google's privacy notice;
European Commission/EPREL, limited to product-search parameters.

There are no advertising networks, behavioural analytics tools, or payment providers: no data is sold or shared with third parties for marketing. Some providers may process data outside the EEA using legally recognized transfer safeguards.

7. Retention

backend query/result cache: up to approximately 15 minutes;
public EPREL response cache: approximately 15 minutes unless documented otherwise;
local data: until app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled;
hosting technical logs: according to the provider's retention terms.

8. Choices and rights

There is no account to close: searches leave the cache on their own within minutes, and local data can be removed through Android settings or by uninstalling the app. Requests for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability can be sent to micheleforte1@icloud.com; please say when and what you searched for, since without an identifier your requests cannot otherwise be traced. Users may also lodge a complaint with their competent supervisory authority.

9. Children

The app targets an adult audience and is not designed for children. It does not knowingly collect data from people under 18.

10. Security and updates

Traffic between the app and the backend uses HTTPS only. EPREL and server credentials are not embedded in the app. This notice may change when features, providers, or legal requirements change; the date above identifies the current version.
