Condizioni d'uso — Italiano
Commissione europea, dall'EPREL né dai fabbricanti citati. Marchi e
servizio in modo automatizzato o massivo, aggirarne i limiti tecnici,
I dati
nell'Unione europea.

Terms of Use — English
Verilabel reads the European energy-label registry for you. It is not
a certification body and passes no judgement on products: what you
read comes from data the manufacturer declared.
1. Who provides the service
The Verilabel app is provided by Michele Forte, Via
Giannetto Vassura 19, 47121 Forlì (FC), Italy — micheleforte1@icloud.com
("the provider"). By using the app you accept these terms. If you do
not accept them, do not use the app.
2. What the app does
Verilabel looks a product up in the public European EPREL registry,
starting from brand and model or from an energy label's QR code, and
shows the declared data together with observations Verilabel derives
from that same data using automated rules. Every product card keeps
what the registry declares separate from what Verilabel infers, and
states the source.
3. The app is free
Verilabel is free and, in this version, contains no advertising, no
in-app purchases, and no subscriptions. The provider may introduce
paid features or ads in the future: if so, these terms and the privacy
notice will be updated before such features are enabled, and features
available today will not retroactively become paid for users who have
already installed the app.
4. Limits of what you read
-
The data comes from EPREL and is declared by manufacturers: the
provider does not verify or certify it and is not responsible for
its accuracy or timeliness.
-
The match between your search and the record found is estimated
automatically and can be wrong, especially where a model has close
variants. Always check the registration number on the product's own
label before making a purchase decision.
-
Verilabel's observations are informational only. They are not
technical, legal, commercial, or purchasing advice, and they are not
a verdict on the quality or safety of a product or brand.
-
Verilabel is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the
European Commission, EPREL, or any manufacturer mentioned.
Trademarks and product names belong to their respective owners and
are used only to identify the products searched for.
5. Service availability
The app depends on an online service and on the EPREL registry: there
may be outages, delays, or searches that return nothing. The service
is provided "as is", without any guarantee of continuity, and the
provider may modify or discontinue it, giving notice where reasonably
possible.
6. Acceptable use
You may use Verilabel to look up product information, including in the
course of your work. You may not query the service in an automated or
bulk fashion, circumvent its technical limits, systematically extract
its content to rebuild a database, or present its results as an
official certification. EPREL data remains subject to the terms of the
European source.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for damages
arising from decisions taken on the basis of information shown by the
app, nor for unavailability of the service. Mandatory consumer rights
under Italian and European law remain unaffected and are in no way
limited by these terms.
8. Changes
These terms may change when the app's features or applicable
obligations change. The date above identifies the current version;
continuing to use the app after an update means accepting the new
version.
9. Governing law
Italian law applies. For consumers, the courts of their place of
residence or domicile remain competent where that is in Italy or the
European Union.
